Set Up Automated Review Requests
Build a workflow that automatically sends Facebook review requests to customers after positive interactions.
Get Your Facebook Review Link
- Navigate to Reputation > Settings > Review Link

Build Your Review Request Workflow
- Navigate to Automation > Workflows
- Click Create Workflow
- Name your workflow (for example, “Facebook Review Requests After Appointment”)
- Add a Trigger based on your use case:
- Appointment Status Changed to “Completed”
- Invoice Paid
- Pipeline Stage Changed to a success stage
- Contact Tag Applied for satisfied customers
- Add a Wait step (for example, 2 to 4 hours after the trigger event) so the request arrives after the customer has had time to reflect on their experience
- Add a Send SMS or Send Email action
- Include your review request message with the merge token
{{reputation.review_link}} - Save and publish the workflow
Sample SMS message: “Hi {{contact.first_name}}, thanks for choosing us today! If you had a great experience, we would love your recommendation on Facebook: {{reputation.review_link}}“
Configure Follow-Up Reminders
For maximum response rates:
- Add a second Wait step (5 to 7 days after the initial request)
- Add an If/Else Branch to check if the contact has already left a review
- Send a follow-up reminder if no review was submitted
This ensures you capture reviews while the experience is fresh and follow up once without being intrusive.

If you collect reviews on both Google and Facebook, Review Request Balancing distributes review requests between the two platforms to build a strong presence on each.
Enable and Configure Balancing
- Navigate to Reputation > Settings > Review Link
- Toggle on Enable Review Balancing
- Click Configure Balance to set the distribution ratio
- Adjust the percentage split (for example, 60% Google, 40% Facebook)
- Click Save
The default ratio when balancing is first enabled is 50% Google and 50% Facebook. You can adjust this ratio at any time based on which platform needs more attention.
When balancing is enabled, the {{reputation.review_link}} merge token in your workflows automatically routes contacts to the appropriate platform based on your configured ratio.
