Templates & Themes

The Template Library provides ready-to-use designs for funnels, websites, emails, social posts, workflows, forms, and documents. Browse by category, preview designs, and import templates with a single click. Customize colors, images, text, and layout to match your brand. The library is included free for all users, and Agency Admins on the Pro plan can upload custom templates for sub-accounts.

What Templates & Themes Does

Access templates from product-specific entry points: Sites > Funnels (or Websites) > New Funnel (or Website) > Go to Template Library, Marketing > Emails > Templates > + New > Template Library, Marketing > Social Planner > + New Post > Choose Social Planner Templates, Automation > Workflows (when creating a workflow), Sites > Forms (or Surveys) > Builder > Add Form (or Survey) > From Template.

Browse by category (Real Estate, Fitness, Agency, E-Commerce), search by keyword, and preview designs before importing. Click Import or Use Template to copy the template into your account as a fully editable asset. Customize images, colors, text, layout, forms, and integrations.

Funnel templates include landing pages, thank-you pages, upsells, and order forms. Website templates include home pages, about pages, service pages, contact pages, blog layouts, and navigation menus. Email templates cover newsletters, promotions, and onboarding sequences. Social Planner templates provide post designs for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile. Workflow templates deliver pre-built automations for lead nurture, appointment reminders, review requests, and re-engagement campaigns.

Themes control global visual styling (fonts, colors, button styles, spacing) across all pages in a funnel or website. Apply theme presets or create custom themes in the Design or Theme settings panel.

Key Configuration Options

Import a template: Navigate to the relevant product area, open the Template Library, preview designs, click Import or Use Template, and open the asset in the builder to customize.

Upload a custom template (Agency Admins on Pro plan): Navigate to the product area (e.g., Sites > Funnels), find the asset, click the three-dot menu, select Upload to [product] templates, enter display name, assign category, add cover image, tags, prerequisites, short description, and long description, click Upload, then Publish Template.

Control visibility: Create categories and toggle them to Hidden status. Templates assigned only to hidden categories will not appear in sub-account views, creating an internal-only library.

Apply a theme: Open a funnel or website in the builder, navigate to Design or Theme settings, choose a preset or create a custom theme (primary/secondary colors, fonts, button styles, section spacing, background colors), and save. Changes apply globally across all pages.

Power Features

Custom templates for agencies: Pro plan agencies build curated libraries of proven designs and automations. Sub-accounts import templates with a click, speeding up client onboarding and ensuring brand consistency.

Hidden categories: Create internal-only templates that sub-accounts cannot see. Maintain a library of sensitive or unfinished designs separate from client-facing templates.

Independent copies: Imported templates are fully independent. Your edits do not affect the library version or other accounts using the same template.

Global theming: Set fonts, colors, and button styles once, and they apply across every page in a funnel or website. Mix and match template sections while maintaining visual cohesion.

Prerequisites documentation: List required integrations (Stripe, Twilio, SMTP) in the template’s prerequisites field so users know what to configure before importing.

Pro Tips

  • Preview templates thoroughly before importing. Check layout, color scheme, images, and content structure to ensure fit.
  • Never publish a template with placeholder content. Replace all stock images, text, and contact information with your brand assets.
  • Set up theme colors and fonts first, then import templates and adjust them to match. This ensures a unified look across all pages.
  • Test on mobile after customizing. Most templates are responsive, but custom changes can break mobile layouts.
  • If you are an agency, use clear category names and descriptive tags so sub-accounts find templates quickly.

Common Questions

Is there a cost for using the Template Library?

No. The Template Library is included free for all users. You can browse, preview, and import unlimited templates.

Can I add my own templates to the library?

Yes, but only on the $497/month Pro plan. Agency Admins can upload custom templates for their sub-accounts.

Do changes to the original asset update the template automatically?

No. If you modify the source asset, the template in the library does not update. Re-upload the updated version manually.

What is the difference between a template and a snapshot?

Templates are individual assets (one funnel, one email, one workflow). Snapshots capture entire account configurations (all funnels, workflows, pipelines, calendars, settings). Use templates for individual designs. Use snapshots for complete business setups.

Can I hide specific templates from sub-accounts?

Create categories and set them to Hidden. Templates assigned only to hidden categories will not appear in sub-account views.
